TIRANA, March 7 /ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama congratulated the teachers all over the country on March 7.
“Happy March 7, dear teachers, with the greatest humility and gratitude to you,” Rama writes in a post on social media.
March 7, the Teacher’s Day, is celebrated on Tuesday in all Albanian-speaking territories, an event of educational and cultural importance, paying tribute to the first teachers of Albanian language.
Teacher’s Day is celebrated with numerous activities throughout the country, while the government’s focus on education has translated in recent years into numerous investments in educational infrastructure.
