TIRANA, March 3 /ATA/ – I. Vata/ The Independent Qualification Commission ruled on Friday to dismiss prosecutor Hysen Ajasllari.
The Independent Qualification Commission announced that after reviewing the documentation and holding the hearing on March 1, 2023, for the subject of re-evaluation, Hysen Ajasllari based on law no. 84/2016, ruled: Dismissal of the subject of the re-evaluation, Hysen Ajasllari, prosecutor in the Fier Judicial District.
This decision can be appealed to the Special Appeals College by the subject of re-evaluation and/or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of notification of the Commission’s decision.
