TIRANA, January 25/ATA/ General Secretary of the ruling Socialist Party Damian Gjiknuri stated today that the Socialist Party will file a fresh penal denouncement to the SPAK against the citizens Sali Berisha, Lulzim Basha and Ndrea Prendi for the tragic event of January 21, 2011.
Speaking to reporters, Gjiknuri said that, “Today, there have been 5 days since the public opinion became aware of a new evidence that sheds light on the state killing of 4 innocent citizens on protest by the weapons of Sali Berisha’s government”.
“The Socialist Party will file today in the Special Prosecutor’s Office against Corruption and Organized Crime a criminal report against the citizens Sali Berisha, Lulzim Basha and Ndrea Prendi for the commission of the criminal offense in other qualifying circumstances, referring to the tragic event of January 21, 2011”, said he.
Gjiknuri added that, “The dialogues made public between the executioners clearly show that the murders were ordered from above and were prepared with a criminal cool head, which has nothing to do with the law of the Guard of the Republic”.
Gjiknuri emphasized that the new evidence made public in the media by journalist Artan Hoxha contains data on new facts that have never been subject to investigations in previous trials./gj.m/p.s./
