Rama: Big Package, an additional support for teachers

TIRANA, January 24/ATA/ The government supported through the Big Package even the teachers so even they are not affected by the impact of war inflation on their families during this difficult winter.

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared today on social media the thoughts of a computer teacher, employed through the “Teachers for Albania” program, in one of the capital’s schools.

She appreciated that equipping this school with a computer lab and the necessary infrastructure makes easier the teaching process.

“The school was opened this academic year as a necessity of the community of unit no. 2 in Tirana. Like many schools rebuilt in recent years, this school was built from scratch. Here we have super infrastructure and in the computer lab I find it easier to teach the coding subject. I can definitely say that not only the students, but also the teachers are very motivated in these conditions. The year we just left behind was full of difficulties due to the inflation of the war, but this year has also started like that. The continuous increase in salaries, reimbursement of the increase in the price of electricity from the government, but also recently the big package offered to the teachers makes it easier for me and my colleagues to cope with the economic situation”, she said.

One million Albanians were beneficiaries of a fund of 8.068 billion lekë granted by the government as part of the Big Package of support to cope with the war inflation. /m.m/j.p/p.s./
