TIRANA, January 6 /ATA/ Starting from January, the certificate of professional skills for drivers will be fully digitized.
Prime Minister Edi Rama said today that, “These new formats include data according to EU codes, contain security elements and eliminate the possibility of data manipulation”.
Likewise, Rama said that the new formats are resistant and unify the validity periods by increasing the actual 2-year period to 5-year.
“New cards will be issued for new applications or for renewals, and it will not be mandatory for citizens who have current cards, until their term expires,” he said. /m.m/j.p/p.s./
