TIRANA, Dec 22 /ATA/ – By Maela Marini/ Prime Minister Edi Rama stated on Thursday in parliament that no unified political decision has been taken regarding the voting in parliament of the Constitutional Court member, instead all the lawmakers of SP parliamentary group will vote freely.
“It is a pity that this extreme language with mafia, arrests, intimidation, with criminals has become the bread and butter of every speech and every intervention for everyone’s procedure together with a stamp, without a stamp. The truth is otherwise,” said Rama.
He emphasized that the parliamentary group of the SP does not work in a clandestine manner and all MPs of the SP parliamentary group will vote freely.
“We have never had this problem and we don’t have it today either. And if we had taken a political decision to have a unified vote for one candidate or another we would have said that, we didn’t need to leave traces for you to find them, we would have put it bluntly: This is our decision,” said Rama.
“It is a free vote of each and every one, so you can keep fighting Mafia along the path of your fantasies. We never have trouble telling you what we want to do, never.”
