TIRANA, Dec 16 /ATA/ The Democratic Party MP, Gazment Bardhi, reacted on Friday after the election of Altin Dumani as chief prosecutor of SPAK.
He pointed out that due to the US guarantee, the law on the SPAK structure is the only one from the Justice Reform package approved by SP-DP consensus.
“Even though SPAK is still not up to the expectations of Albanians to end impunity at high levels of government, it should be supported to move forward and be independent from politics,” said Bardhi.
According to him, the genuine uncompromising fight against corruption and organized crime remains the only hope for the country to move forward and for Albanians to live as true Europeans.
