TIRANA, Dec 13 /ATA/- The Central Election Commission has approved a tailored education and information program for persons with disabilities.
The State Commissioner for Elections, Ilirjan Celibashi, says in a post on social media that such program is approved for the first time in the history of election processes in the country.
Celibashi clarifies that this tailored program also includes raising awareness about the election process among people with special needs.
He informs that based on this program approved by the CEC, favorable conditions are created for people with disabilities to participate in the local elections on May 14, 2023.
