TIRANA, Dec 12 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/- The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed the prosecutor of Tirana, Kudusi Shahu.
The Independent Qualification Commission announces that after reviewing the documentation and holding hearings on 2.11.2022 and 7.12.2022 for the subject of reevaluation, Kudusi Shahu based on law no. 84/2016, decided: The dismissal from duty of the subject of reassessment, Kudusi Shahu, prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office of the Judicial District of Tirana.
The decision reasoned in writing, by the trial panel chaired by Suela Zhegu, Etleda Çiftja relator, Xhensila Pine, member, will be circulated to the subject of the revaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.
This decision can be appealed to the Special Appeals Board by the subject of reevaluation and/or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of notification of the Commission’s decision.
Kudusi Shahu started his career in the justice system in 1998 and has been working for more than two decades as a prosecutor at the Tirana District Prosecutor’s Office.
