Situation in North Kosovo, Kurti meeting with leaders of opposition

PRISTINA, Nov 8 /ATSH/- The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has invited the leaders of the opposition parties to a meeting to discuss the situation in the north of Kosovo.

The meeting, which will be held on Tuesday has been confirmed by PDK, AAK and LDK.

The former chief negotiator of Kosovo has also reacted over this invitation. Edita Tahiri said that it is good news that the prime minister did the right thing by inviting the opposition to the meeting, an invitation which the opposition has accepted right away.

“The difficult situation in the north can be overcome with unity, prudence and cooperation with strategic allies”, she wrote.
Yesterday, through a public letter, PDK expressed its readiness to communicate openly and continuously with the Government of Kosovo about the situation created in the northern part of the country.
