TIRANA, September 28 /ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission held the hearing session for the announcement of the decision on Prosecutor in the Prosecutor’s Office at Korça Judicial District Court Edmond Shytko.
Prosecutor Edmond Shytko faced the vetting on September 23, 2022 and was evaluated by the three criteria, the wealth legitimacy and the ethical and professional criteria.
The Judicial Panel composed of Brunilda Bekteshi, Firdes Shuli, Suela Zhegu analyzed the evidence and the facts and decided to dismiss the Prosecutor Edmond Shytko from office on problems with his wealth.
Edmond Shytko started his career in the justice system in 1995 and has been working for almost two decades as a prosecutor in Korça District Prosecutor’s Office./p.s./
