TIRANA, Sept 24 /ATA/ The General Director of Customs Administration, Genti Gazheli, held a working meeting with the staff of the customs branch in Rinas.
The meeting focused on improvement of the service at this important gate to our country, which has handled during this season a high flow of passengers, reaching up to 20 thousand passengers per day.
Customs director, Gazheli, asked the staff to show professionalism in handling all complaints and requests related to customs procedures, as well as to work hard towards reducing the processing time of shipments.
