TIRANA, Aug 21 /ATA/ On the beaches of Vlora, from Zvërnec to Orikum, investments in infrastructure have made the difference improving the services for all local and foreign tourists.
Minister of Tourism and Environment, Mirela Kumbaro, published Sunday a video featuring the impressions of tourists vacationing on the Ionian Sea beaches.
“On the beaches of Vlora, from Zvërnec to Orikum, investments in infrastructure have made a big difference compared to a while ago, and vacationers have only good words to say about the services offered by the hotel businesses along the coast,” said Minister Kumbaro.
Local and foreign tourists, who are vacationing at the shores of Vlora, have nothing but praise for the cleanliness and tranquility that this tourist destination offers.
“I am from the Netherlands, we were here last year as well. We like it a lot,” says a foreign tourist, while his little girl shares the same impression, who says she will come back next year.
Another vacationer from Pristina, who was relaxing at the shores of Vlora for the first time, says that she was amazed, and on top of that the prices offered were affordable.
“I come from Serbia. This is our second day here. And the prices are reasonable and the water is very crystal clear,” says a Serbian tourist.
“My first time in Albania, the first time in Vlora. We are happy here. The beach, the hotel, the food are perfect,” says another tourist.
Another Albanian tourist, who had not visited Vlora for 3 years, due to pandemic restrictions, says that many investments have been made ever since, but Lungomare amazed her the most.
“We really felt very good here. The prices are fantastic compared to our country. It’s very beautiful,” says an Italian tourist.
A tourist from Skopje, while praising the Albanian beaches, says that there is plenty of misleading information about Albania, but the prices are okay.
One of the lifeguards points out that so far everything has gone well.
One of the hotel owners speaks of a good tourist season so far.
“We are working to keep up the high momentum since the end of May. There was a high influx from Western Europe, renewed interest after COVID. Currently, there are many Italians, but there is also a large number of Poles, Macedonians, Austrians, Germans, French, and even Czechs. We have not increased prices. We mainly offer seafood that we catch in the sea,” he says.
