TIRANA, Aug 21 /ATA/ The Ministry of Defense has reacted through a press release regarding the arrest of Czech citizens who were shooting near the tunnels in Poliçan.
“By around 08:40 this morning, at one of the tunnels in the Poliçan Military Facility, unidentified persons were intercepted moving inside. Right away, the Military Police in cooperation with the State Police fenced off the entrances to the tunnels, which almost communicate, and after searches, they detained two persons of Czech nationality,” informs the Ministry.
The Ministry informs that, by around 12:30, at a distance of 1.5 km from the tunnels outside the perimeter of the facility’s fencing, two citizens of Czech nationality, partners of the above two citizens, were found and escorted.
“The above persons are in detention and the security authorities in the country are following the procedures,” same sources say.
