TIRANA, August 4 /ATA/- The Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime, SPAK, has sequestrated 28 assets while 43 defendants are declared guilty.
SPAK published today statistical work data for the month of July 2022.
SPAK said that it has sequestrated 4 immovable properties with a total area of 66,811 m².
SPAK also said that, after the final requests of the special prosecutors, the Special Court has taken 5 decisions declaring 43 defendants guilty./a.a/ /i.s/p.s./
