TIRANA, August 4/ATA/ In the domestic foreign currency exchange market, on Thursday the foreign currencies strengthened their positions for the second day in a row versus the Albanian Lek.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, the US dollar strengthened by 0.11 Lekë and is exchanged at 114.71 Lekë, while the euro rose by 0.15 Lekë and is exchanged today at the rate of 116.91 Lekë.
The British pound also strengthened its position by 0.06 Lekë and is exchanged at 139.61 Lekë, while the Swiss franc rose by 0.04 Lekë and is exchanged at 119.63 Lekë.
Today, in exchange with the lek, other currencies have also gained ground against it./i.s/p.s./
