TIRANA, June 30 /ATA/ Parliament approved on Thursday with 75 votes in favor the Normative Act “On the financial compensation of some construction material prices, according to the definitions laid down in public works contracts amid the unprecedented situation created in the market during 2022.”
Deputy Parliament Speaker Ermonela Felaj informed that of 109 MPs who took part in the vote, 75 voted in favor, 33 against and one deputy abstained.
This Normative Act was postponed for this session because in the last session the opposition deputies said that the Act had not yet been reviewed by all parliamentary committees. /m.m/j.p/sm/
