TIRANA, June 29/ATA/ The Transparency Board convened today and decided to reduce the price of oil by 6 lekë per liter, while the price of gasoline remained unchanged at 242 lekë / liter.
“The Transparency Board decided that the retail price of the gasoil by-product of the standard SSH EN 590 be 249 lekë / liter, while the wholesale price is 237 lekë / liter. The retail price of the gasoline by-product of the SSH EN standard should be 242 Lekë / liter, while the wholesale price should be 230 Lekë / liter. The retail price of the gas by-product should be 83 lekë / liter at retail and the wholesale price at 71 lekë / liter for vehicles “, said the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
According to the board, the selling price for vehicle liquefied petroleum gas will be the supply price at gas stations, while at other points for household and industrial customers the price should not include excise duty.
The prices set by the Board will take effect today at 18:00 and will be valid until the next meeting of the Board, which will reflect the changes in selling prices.
The Board draws the attention of every wholesaler and retailer of petroleum by-products to the obligation to implement this decision.
