TIRANA, June 13/ATA/ The Albanian national team drew 0-0 in today’s friendly match against Estonia, played at the “Air Albania” stadium.
Albania tried to react in this friendly, after the disappointing performance in the Nations League, where the National team drew 1-1 with Iceland in Reykjavik and lost 1-2 to Israel in Tirana.
For this challenge, Coach Edi Reja gave the opportunity to play to some young players. The technician preferred rotation in this challenge, but it affected the score.
Although Albania dominated the match for the most part, the national team could not score against the Estonians.
The only attempts to score for Albania in this match were two free kicks by Çekiçi, while Vrioni in the first half and Uzuni in the second had each an opportunity to put the ball into the net, without success./p.s./
