Online services, Pici: No queues at Civil Registry

TIRANA, May 13 /ATA/ Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior Elena Pici conducted today an inspection in the offices of the Civil Registry in the municipalities of Kavaja and Rrogozhina.

Pici listened attentively to the citizens, suggestions and assessments for the Digital Revolution that started on May 1, throughout Albania, during her visits to the Civil Registry offices in Kajava and Rrogozhina.

“Employees and service managers in the Municipality are ready, through information offices, to explain and assist citizens, in online applications and those at physical counters,” said Pici.

“The deputy mayor of Kavaja explained to us the measures taken to facilitate service to citizens who have technical difficulties to perform procedures, such as the elderly and minors,” said Pici.

“The next stage of the inspection was the municipality of Rrogozhina, together with Mayor Edison Memolla, the deputy prefect and the general director of the Civil Registry. “Even here, the effects of the online transition of civil status services were clear, eliminating the queues and minimizing the waiting time at the physical counters”, underlined Pici. /j.p/p.s./
