TIRANA, March 8/ATA/ In the domestic foreign currency exchange market, on Tuesday, foreign currencies significantly strengthened their positions against the Albanian Lek.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, the US dollar strengthened by 1.76 Lekë and is exchanged with 116.93 Lekë, while the euro rose to the rate of 127.08 Lekë, or 2.50 Lekë more than on Monday.
The British pound strengthened its position with 2.06 Lekë. The British currency is exchanged at 153.39 Lekë, while the Swiss franc appreciated by 1.54 Lekë and is exchanged at 125.98 Lekë./p.s./
