TIRANA, Jan 6 /ATA/ The Ministry of Health and Social Protection informed that “so far, in our country the total number of vaccinations administered has reached 2 434 722.”
Yesterday alone, 11,284 vaccinations were delivered.
Also, according to the ministry, 690 Albanian citizens fully vaccinated abroad, have been identified by family doctors through vaccination certificates (or 1380 vaccinations administered abroad).
Large-scale COVID vaccination continues apace in all vaccination points, in health centres, outpatient clinics as well as through mobile units in the community as part of the national door-to-door campaign.
Vaccination against COVID-19 is open to all persons +16 years of age as well as children +12 years of age with immune system disorders.
