TIRANA Nov 29 /ATA/ – By I.Vata/ The DP MP of Dibra region, Dhurata Çupi, stated on Monday that the construction of Arbri Road is not over, but it is opened for the sake of propaganda.
Çupi says the government will tell Dibra and Albanians whether they will pay up to 8 euros for a round trip.
“The rush to announce, on the day of the Albanians’ separation, the opening of Arbri Road, when the road has not completed under the contract, is, at the very least, making a mockery of the people of Dibra. The government’s failure to keep its promise to complete the road in April and the failure to deliver the road by the end of this year cannot be covered up by government propaganda. The truth is that the road that cost us 400 billion ALL is far from over and today’s opening is propagandistic. “Instead of lies, the government should tell the people of Dibra and Albanians whether they will pay up to 8 euros for a round trip on Arbri Road when it will be completed according to the contract”, says Çupi.
