TIRANA, Nov 13 /ATA/ The National Register for Forest Fund in addition to forest and pasture areas will also contain data on the ownership or users of the plots.
According to the report accompanying the draft decision of the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, published for public consultation, the inventory of forests in the national register will also focus on data on their ownership, use or administration, up to the type of forest fund, height and subdivision into plots.
The decision states that the register will continuously update throughout the year changes in the forest and pasture fund in the country due to changes in ownership, administration or use.
The data will be updated by the structure responsible for forests and pastures in the municipality and the “Regional Administration of Protected Areas” through the geographical information system, creating the database as defined in this decision.
The draft decision states that a detailed report on the state of the forest and pasture fund is made available to the Minister of Tourism and Environment, no later than March 30 of each year. The report contains all the changes on the national forest and pasture fund during the previous year. /a.a/sm/
