TIRANA, November 9/ATA/ The Chairman of the Democratic Party in opposition Lulzim Basha stated today that corruption is impoverishing the citizens and suffocating the economy.
Basha emphasized that, “The budget is in function of the clientele Public-Private Partnerships, not of households and honest enterprises”.
Basha said further on that the solution is to purge politics of corrupt and crime-related politicians.
“A state caught up in corruption does not serve the citizens, but a minority that lives at the expense of the vast majority of Albanians, so the budget is in function of clientele Public-Private Partnerships, not of families and honest enterprises. This corruption crisis is impoverishing citizens, driving young people away and suffocating the economy. The solution is to purge politics of corrupt and crime-related politicians.
