TIRANA, Nov 8 /ATA/ Business and consumers show increasing confidence in October for the positive performance of industry sector.
According to the periodic survey of the Bank of Albania, the industry confidence indicator went up by 5.6 percentage points compared to September, driven by the increase in the production balance and the improved performance of the components of the ordering contracts in general and especially those of the exports.
The BoA announces that the expectations of industry businesses for production and future employment have slightly slowed down in October.
While industry businesses expect further increase in the prices of their products, driven by inflation in international markets.
