Dukaj-Sinanaj road linking Tepelena and the coast completed

TIRANA, Nov 5 /ATA/- PM Edi Rama has published views of the recently completed road which links Tepelena and the coast.

The works on this road, which was in obsolete condition due to underinvestment, as part of an investment worth 3.7 million euros, have kicked off in December 2020.

This 14.5 km long axis helps both the agricultural and agro-tourism sectors.

“GOOD MORNING, and with these views of the newly completed road Dukaj-Sinanaj, which connects Tepelena and the coast and creates another space for tourism and agricultural development of rural Albania, I wish you a nice day,” said Rama.

The investment on the road which follows the old trail that has been built by the Italians in 1920 entails all technical elements of road safety.

The road not only facilitates the movement, but also enables easier and faster access of the local products and its connection with the tourist economy of the coast.
