TIRANA, Nov 2 /ATA/ – The United States Ambassador to Albania, Yuri Kim stated Tuesday that “the U.S. commitment to Western Balkans remains strong, including support to open the European Union negotiations for Albania and North Macedonia before end of 2021.
Ambassador Yuri Kim emphasized that the United States also supports Open Balkans, which must be open to all six Western Balkan countries.
“The United States commitment to Western Balkans remains strong, including support to open the European Union negotiations for Albania and North Macedonia before end of 2021. The United States also supports Open Balkans, which must be open to all six Western Balkan countries and other initiatives that promote regional integration,” Kim said.
