TIRANA, November 1/ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed today from office by a majority of votes Ardian Braho, prosecutor at the Tirana Judicial District Court
The Independent Qualification Commission held today a session for announcing the decision for the subject of re-evaluation Ardian Braho.
Braho was subject to Vetting on three evaluation criteria, that of wealth and the ethical and professional criteria on 27 October.
The trial panel composed of Lulzim Hamitaj, Genta Tafa (Bungo), Suela Zhegu, after analyzing the evidence and facts, decided to dismiss Braho from office for failure to justify wealth criteria.
Ardian Braho graduated from the School of Magistrates in 2001 and was appointed prosecutor in Kruja. During the period 2003-2007, he exercised his function at the Serious Crimes Prosecution Office and since 2007 he has been working as a prosecutor in the Tirana District Prosecution Office. /j.p/p.s./
