She stated that, for 4 years, affiliated to the Prime Minister, there is established the Agency for Dialogue and Co-Governance which in interaction with the electronic platform has given citizens the opportunity to submit their complaints at any time against the administration for inaction or obstruction without any right of their requests.
“So far, over 43 thousand cases out of 78 thousand have been reviewed. While in total, over 50% of requests and complaints have received solutions. Meanwhile, citizens have conducted 42 interpellations with various ministers on issues raised on this platform. Despite this, the agency has encountered difficulties which have delayed responses to citizens, so the law in question provides a solution to these deadlocks”, she said./a.a/p.s./
