TIRANA, October 20 /ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed today from office by a majority vote Manjola Bejleri, a judge at Tirana Judicial District Court.
The Commission held today the session for announcing the decision for the subject of re-evaluation Manjola Bejleri.
The trial panel composed of Xhensila Pine, Olsi Komici, Valbona Sanxhaktari, after analyzing the evidence and facts, decided to dismiss from office Manjola Bejleri, a judge at Tirana Judicial District Court.
Judge Bejleri faced vetting on October 18 over three criteria for assessing the legitimacy of wealth and the ethical and professional criteria.
Manjola Bejleri started her career in the justice system in 2000 and has been working for more than two decades as a judge in the Court of Tirana. Bejleri has also been president of the judges’ association. /j.p/p.s./
