TIRANA, October 18/ATA/ The new academic year begins today and finds the university students in auditoria.
This year, the classes will be conducted with physical presence provided the students are vaccinated, or submit the negative anti-Covid test.
After many difficulties caused by the COVID-19 virus, the students return to the auditorium to continue their studies normally.
The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education made the decision. The medical authorities have made the vaccination centres available to university structures in every faculty, in order for the vaccination program to run normally.
The unvaccinated students may produce a negative test or certificate that they have passed COVID-19, or produce a certificate from a doctor about the inability to carry out the vaccine.
The Rector of the University of Tirana Artan Hoxha described the decision as difficult, but appropriate, appealing to students for maximum responsibility and accountability to continue the vaccination process and abide by other protective measures against the virus./p.s./
