TIRANA, Oct 5 /ATA/ Minister of State for Relations with Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, held a meeting with the Head of OSCE in Albania, Vincenzo Del Monaco.
Spiropali said in a posting that “the recommendations given by the OSCE / ODIHR addressed in the legislative amendments reflected the positive spirit in the April 25 elections.”
“I spoke with Del Monaco about the continuation of the Reform, expressing the full will of our governing majority to implement the remaining recommendations, starting from the legal framework to the election administration, ready to agree upon these priorities at the table with the opposition,” said Spiropali.
“I congratulated the Ambassador for hosting the forthcoming OSCE Media Conference in Tirana on October 11, an international conference with the presence of journalists and the most prominent media networks in the region, where I will have the pleasure to talk about some of our challenges, such as freedom of speech, disinformation and the highest standards of public information, ” Minister Spiropali said. /j.p/sm/
