TIRANA, Oct. 4 /ATA/ The EU Ambassador to Albania, Luigi Soreca held today a meeting with the Chairwoman of Parliament’s European Integration Committee, Jorida Tabaku.
The Ambassador Soreca congratulated Tabaku on the appointment as the Chairwoman of Parliament’s European Integration Committee and welcomed the return of the opposition in Parliament.
“I met today the Albania’s Chair of Parliament’s European Integration Committee, Jorida Tabaku. I congratulated her on the appointment and welcomed the return of the opposition in Parliament,” EU Ambassador to Albania Soreca said.
In his remarks, Ambassador Soreca said that, ” the EU Integration of Albania is a cross-party, national priority on which all political forces should work together in the interest of all Albania citizens. EU Integration should stay high on Government and Parliament’s agendas. The will continue to support the work of the Committee,which plays an important role in monitoring Government’s work on EU reforms.”//a.i/
