TIRANA, October 4 /ATA/ Chairman of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha reacted today to the energy crisis announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama, emphasizing that the DP will support all forms of popular reaction.
In a statement to the media, after the meeting of the Parliamentary group of DP, Basha said that the issue of prices was discussed in general as well as yesterday’s warning, according to him, to increase the price of energy.
Basha recalled that Edi Rama promised to reduce the price of energy, while in fact he increased it for both family members and businesses.
Basha said that the claim that the crisis comes from international markets is a hoax.
“This is another consequence of Rama’s misgovernment, of his failures, of his cold-blooded but criminal decision-making”, said Basha.
“We shall stand by the Albanians wherever they are, but we shall encourage them, support all forms of popular reaction, because this is not only a problem of the DP, but of to all citizens, a national problem “, said Basha./jp/re/p.s./
