TIRANA, September 29 /ATA/ Justice Minister Ulsi Manja said that the government gave the green light to an extradition agreement between Albania and Spain.
After the government meeting, Manja said that, “The agreement is an expression of confidence between judicial authorities of our two countries. The agreement stipulates the judicial authorities allow extradition of Albanian offenders to Spain and vice versa”.
The bilateral agreement promotes further the cooperation between the judicial authorities of our two countries.
Manja said that it also gives a strong signal to the world of crime as every Albanian offender who commits a crime in Spain cannot find shelter in Albania and the vice versa, every Spanish offender who commits a crime cannot find shelter in Albania, but has to face justice. /a.a/r.e/p.s./
