PRISTINA, Sept 4 /ATA/ – Kosovo’s Ministry of Health, referring to data from the National Institute of Public Health, reported Saturday that 1278 citizens tested positive for COVID-19 after 10, 609 samples were tested in last 24 hours.
According to the Public Health Institute, 21 more patients died of COVID-19 complications in the last 24 hours.
A total of 1248 more patients have recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours, bringing the total of the recovered people to 122.140.
Based on the National Institute of Public Health data there are currently 26.534 active cases in Kosovo.
The Ministry of Health also said that 20.346 doses of coronavirus vaccines were administered in past 24 hours, bringing the total number of vaccinated people in the country to 901.013.
As many as 306.287 citizens have received both doses of the vaccines.
