TIRANA, Sept 2 /ATA/-By I.Vata/ – The United States Embassy in Tirana said Thursday it hosted a Friends of Justice roundtable discussion about the successes and challenges Albania’s transformative and unique justice reform process.
The Embassy announced that “members of Albania’s revamped and renewed justice institutions shared their perspectives on the significance of justice reform and their vision for the future with a delegation representing the U.S. Senate Foreign Affairs Committee.”
“The United States will continue to support Albania through the justice reform process. As Ambassador Kim has stated, the process is not easy, quick, or perfect, but it is making progress every day in its efforts to bring justice to the Albanian people,” the Embassy stated.
