PRISTINA, Aug 28 /ATA/ – Kosovo’s Ministry of Health, referring to data from the National Institute of Public Health, reported Saturday that 1891 citizens tested positive for COVID-19 after 13,120 samples were tested in last 24 hours.
According to the Public Health Institute, 18 more patients died of COVID-19 complications in the last 24 hours.
A total of 1483 more patients have recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours, bringing the total of the recovered people to 112.883.
Based on the National Institute of Public Health data there are currently 25.797 active cases in Kosovo.
The Ministry of Health also said that 15.967 doses of coronavirus vaccines were administered in past 24 hours, bringing the total number of vaccinated people in the country to 794.812.
As many as 267.979 citizens have received both doses of the vaccines.
