TIRANA, August 25/ATA/ The Chairman of the Democratic Party in opposition Lulzim Basha reacted to the statements of the Prime Minister Edi Rama in his closing speech of the second governance mandate.
In his reaction on Twitter, Basha emphasized that, “Rama is an old evil that has made Albania an unliveable country for our children”.
“Nothing new, but repetition of old deceptions. Garbage is burned provoking an environmental crises designed to take citizens’ tax money to the incinerator mafia; crime abounds in partnership with the government; corruption has gripped the state in every cell of government; all these impoverish and alienate Albanians, abandoned even in times of pandemics when they suffer the highest number of deaths in ratio to the population in Europe and the smallest economic packages on the continent, while the integration is held hostage by successive failures”, said Basha.
“This is the real balance of a regime that massacres elections only to steal Albanian families. Its masterminds should have been brought to justice for what they have done to Albania and Albanians in these 8 years and not tell stories about imaginary achievements. The Democratic Party is committed to bring those solutions that the April 25 electoral massacre denied to the citizens, because nothing good can come from an old evil that has made Albania unliveable for our children,” he said. /j.p/p.s./
