TIRANA, Aug 24 /ATA/ Voluntary social security is one more opportunity for all those who have unfunded contribution periods.
Minister of Finance and Economy, Anila Denaj, shared information for the citizens interested in joining this insurance scheme.
“Through this scheme, citizens are entitled to retirement, disability and family pensions,” said Denaj.
She stressed that “voluntary insurance covers several areas, such as the current year, past periods, or for more income.”
The amount of the contribution to be paid for voluntary insurance by the interested person is equal to the amount paid for the branch of pensions, according to the minimum wage approved in the period when the payment is made.
The monthly voluntary insurance quota for 2021 is 6,480 ALL, which corresponds to the minimum monthly salary. /m.m/j.p/sm/
