TIRANA, August 20/ATA/ Albania has also a National Will Register. Justice Minister Etilda Gjonaj said today that, “National Will Register has been created. It is administered by the National Chamber of Public Notaries, a centralized register for all the wills required by the testators”.
Gjonaj said that, “Being formalized and unified at the national level, the register offers additional legal guarantees, guarantees of information security, convenience for the citizen, as well as transparency for the bodies of the justice system”.
With the new legal framework for the public notary, citizens are now offered a safe, fast and transparent service, without compromising the confidentiality of the will./ m.m / j.p /p.s./
