TIRANA, August 17/ATA/ The natural monuments in Gramsh district have turned into a real tourist attraction for people fond of nature and adventure.
One of these monuments is the “Black Lake”, which is located at an altitude of 1634 m, near the village of Lenie Gramsh.
Mayor of Gramsh Klodian Taçe posted some photos showing this lake with glacial origin.
“Surrounded by mountain landscapes, the lake and beautiful nature creates a wonderful destination for a weekend in the beautiful mountains of Lenia. This is a good time to visit this natural beauty”, – said Taçe.
According to him, this lake is one of the most visited places in Gramsh area.
Besides the beauty that nature has given it, according to folklore the waters of this lake have curative properties. The effect in curing diseases is thought to lie precisely in the low temperature water which ranges from 2.5 to 3 degrees Celsius and in the content of mineral salts.
“The best month to visit the lake area is August, so prepare for a very fresh experience,” said Taçe.
He suggested to nature lovers that they can set up camping as suitable facilities have been created to host exactly this type of tourism.
“In this way, you would make your experience more unique and unforgettable”, said Taçe.
The area around the lake is rich in woods and many mountain springs with clean water flow. The lake is frequented by many individuals who take baths for the treatment of rheumatic diseases, the number of which has increased./k.s/j.p/p.s./
