TIRANA, July 26/ATA/ Prof. Dhimitër Kraja, doctor at the Infectious Diseases Hospital at QSUT, stated at the today’s meeting of the Technical Committee of Experts that, the hospitalized patients at COVID 1 are not patients who have been previously vaccinated or have had the disease. Except in one case, who only got one vaccine and did not get the second dose of the vaccine.
“In the COVID 1 Hospital in Tirana, there are 9 patients hospitalized aged 69-72 years, who have these characteristics. Their general condition is satisfactory, despite the fact that there are differences from case to case,” Kraja said.
Prof. Kraja announced that, “the situation is good. Last week no serious or critical cases have been reported, there have been no deaths. Despite the fact that, in the last 2-3 weeks there has been an increase in the hospitalizations which reflects the upward trend of new Covid-19 cases, but zero daily deaths reported.” //a.i/
