TIRANA, July 23 /ATA/- Albania works double the area of land it used to work 7 years ago while the value of domestic produce and agricultural exports has increased.
7 years ago, in Albania were cultivated about 125 thousand ha of land, but today there are cultivated about 230-240 thousand ha.
Prime Minister Edi Rama posted today in the social media images from the cultivated lands in Gosnisht of Përmet.
“Here’s a piece of Albania’s paradise, the lands tilled by the tireless work of the people in Gosnisht of Përmet”, said Rama.
Agriculture is one of the sectors of the Albanian economy with growing development dynamics, thanks to the support schemes, which like never before, the government has addressed in recent years and financial support from the IPARD II program that has brought modern standards in farms and investments in agro-processing./p.s./
