TIRANA, June 14 /ATA/ The Ministry of Justice completed the 1-year work process of drafting the strategic package for the second phase of justice reform implementation.
“The Ministry of Justice, which is responsible for drafting and monitoring strategic policies in the field of justice, has completed the 1-year work process for drafting the strategic package as part of the second phase of justice reform implementation,” Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj, said.
Gjonaj stressed that, “the cross-cutting Justice Draft-Strategy 2021-2025, aims to consolidate the legal and institutional framework of the justice system, to transpose modern European practices in criminal justice, to upgrade the infrastructure of the justice system, including cutting-edge electronic solutions that support a substantial increase in efficiency and transparency of the justice sector. ”
“The Ministry of Justice has announced for public consultation the draft package 2021-2025 and appreciating the role and contribution of everyone in this process, welcomes comments and feed-back within July 8, 2021,” Gjonaj added. /j.p/sm/
