TIRANA, May 26/ATA/ Minister of Health and Social Protection Ogerta Manastirliu announced today that since the beginning of the “Albania smiles” campaign there have been performed 750 thousand vaccinations.
Vaccination is being carried out according to all safety and quality parameters by trained teams of vaccinators across the country.
Another 60,000 doses of the Sinovac vaccine were delivered at “Mother Teresa” International Airport on Sunday, while 14,040 Pfizer vaccines were brought on Monday, the fourth batch of 145,000 doses funded by the European Union.
Over 847 thousand doses of vaccine have been brought so far in Albania, while it will continue week after week according to the delivery calendar of vaccines. /m.m/j.p/p.s./
