TIRANA, May 26 /ATA/ Residents in Zall Herr and Ndroq, who were left homeless by November 26, 2019 earthquake will be settled in newly urbanized areas.
The Municipality of Tirana continues the work for implementation of the project that aims to transform Zall Herr and Ndroq into two modern neighborhoods of Tirana.
The project envisages not only the reconstruction of houses, but also of educational institutions that could serve as a community center.
Meanwhile, the two new facilities in Ndroq, the health center, as well as the kindergarten / nursery, are positioned next to each other to make these services easily accessible for the residents.
The families of Zall Herr, affected by the earthquake, will take ownership of the new houses in a neighborhood built especially for them, equipped with infrastructure up to the standards and service units, on the site of Tirana Municipality, just like the residents of Ndroq or Vaqarr.
In addition to safe housing and up to the standards for the inhabitants of the area, the investment entails the complete rehabilitation of the area, including the underground and surface infrastructure such as roads, sidewalks, lighting, etc.
