TIRANA, May 18 /ATA/ –By I. Vata/ – The Commission for Appeals and Sanctions reviewed Tuesday the request forwarded by the main opposition Democratic Party to ask for additional information from other public institutions and the Socialist Movement for Integration claims over the alleged irregularities committed during the electoral process in Vlora.
After discussions, the Commission for Appeals and Sanction decided to turn down the DP request to gather additional information from other public institutions regarding the opposition claims over the alleged irregularities during the April 25 general elections in the country.
The Commission accepted the SMI request regarding the number of the electronic voters’ identification devices that have been operational during the electoral process in Vlora county.
