TIRANA, May 17/ATA/ The prefect of Lezha region in cooperation with state institutions at the local level launched today the clean up action in Tala Bay, in the framework of environmental protection and beach cleaning, as one of the most valuable assets in Lezha region and Albania.
The mayor of Lezha region, Gjokë Jaku said that, “based on the positive experience, maximum commitment and tangible results in this regard in the last two years, we should show more civic responsibility in protecting and maintaining a clean environment.”
“This action comes as a challenge and invitation to the community of the area, businesses, schools and institutions to join such actions, which are not only a civic obligation but also a necessity to use the greatest potential of the tourism,” Jaku said. //a.i/
